GTM & Lead Generation Specialist - US Hotels

About Atica: Atica is a tech-led remote sales and revenue-management partner for hotels across the US, and the outsourced sales and revenue engine for 200+ independent US hotels. We are bootstrapped, profitable, and backed by leading investors (Titan Capital, DIBS). We are building our outbound function from the ground up, and this is one of its founding hires. The role : We are hiring the person who will build and run the engine that finds and qualifies the right accounts for our outbound team. This is a hands-on role that combines lead research and sourcing with automation: you will turn messy inputs — a company staying at our hotels, a market signal, an OTA-masked booking — into the one right decision-maker with a verified contact, and build the enrichment and signal pipelines (Clay, AI
