Key Responsibilities

• Prepare students for university, CAS, credibility, embassy, and visa interviews.
• Conduct one-to-one and group training sessions.
• Conduct structured mock interviews based on the university and country requirements.
• Evaluate students’ communication skills, subject knowledge, confidence, and overall readiness.
• Provide detailed feedback and individual improvement plans.
• Support students requiring additional preparation or advanced coaching.
• Share interview schedules, preparation materials, and updates with students on time.
• Coordinate with Counselling, Admission, Visa, and Documentation teams.
• Follow up on interview outcomes and pending cases.
• Maintain interview recordings, feedback reports, CRM entries, and student progress records.
• Stay updated on university requirements, visa policies, and changing interview trends.
