' . , + . Here's the part most job posts leave out: most weeks, this is not a blank-canvas role. You'd take brand systems that already exist and run them across identity, print, decks, social and digital, at a level where nobody downstream has to fix your kerning. Some weeks you'd build the system itself, from naming and identity up. That's the smaller half of the job and I'd rather say so than oversell it. So we're looking for someone who can do both, and who doesn't find the execution half beneath them. If your portfolio is mostly self-initiated concept rebrands, this probably isn't it. If it's real client work where the brief was tight and the output still holds up, it very much is.
