Job Title: SAP Success Factors RMK/RCM Consultant
Experience Range: 5- 15 years
Location: Hyderabad
Mode of Interview: In-Person/ Face to Face
Date of Interview: 6-June-26
Time of Interview: 9am to 2pm
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Must Have:

5+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP Success Factors HCM
SAP Success Factors Certified Consultant in Recruitment Management, recruitment marketing
Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Recruitment management, career site developments (recruitment marketing)
Good Experience in Success Factors platform functionalities, such as story reports, Role based permissions etc..
Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
Experience in E2 E Testing cycles (UT, SIT, UAT)
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Power Point, Visio, and Excel
