Program Manager

: : : • Own end-to-end hardware program execution across package, board, and post-silicon validation. • Drive cross-functional alignment across silicon design, package, board, firmware, and validation teams. • Plan and track program milestones (Pre-Si, EVT/DVT/PVT, Post-Si) with clear deliverables. • Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across hardware domains and ensure timely resolution. • Establish requirement traceability and manage changes across the hardware lifecycle. • Enable validation readiness by aligning design, board, and system requirements early. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. • 8 years of experience in: o Program management. o System/SoC hardware development with execution ownership. • Strong understanding of: o Hardware development lifecycle (Pre-Si to Post-Si). o Package, board design, and bring-up processes. • Proven track record of driving cross-functional hardware programs. • Experience with SoC/platform-level program execution. • Exposure to post-silicon validation or lab environments. • Familiarity with high-speed interfaces, SI/PI, and system integration challenges. • Experience working with globally distributed teams. • Background in technical roles (design/validation/debug). & • Strong program management and organizational skills. • Ability to manage complex dependencies and timelines. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Data-driven execution and problem-solving mindset.
