HRSI is hiring a Motorcycle Delivery Rider in Gujranwala to support parcel deliveries for Daraz. The role focuses on safe, timely delivery, accurate order handling, and a professional customer experience while following delivery procedures and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a motorcycle safely and follow all traffic rules and regulations.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and route navigation tools, applying knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and customer addresses.
• Complete deliveries within required service level agreements and manage time effectively.
• Verify orders, handle parcels carefully, scan barcodes, and record accurate electronic proof of delivery.
• Collect, reconcile, and securely handle cash-on-delivery payments in line with company policies.
• Use the Daraz Rider App to record payments, confirm delivery, and update order status in real time.
• Participate in GPS location tracking and maintain complete delivery documentation.
• Communicate courteously with customers and report delivery challenges or incidents promptly to supervisors.

Job Specification

• Valid motorcycle driving license and safe riding practices.
• Knowledge of Gujranwala streets, local landmarks, and address-finding methods.
• Ability to use GPS, route navigation, and real-time location tracking.
• Accurate barcode scanning, order verification, and electronic proof-of-delivery recording.
• Cash handling, cash-on-delivery collection, and reconciliation accuracy.
• Ability to use the Daraz Rider App and follow its delivery workflow.
• Time management, reliability, and ability to meet delivery service level agreements.
• Professional customer communication, careful parcel handling, and prompt reporting of delivery issues.
