WE ARE HIRING: VILLA SUPERVISOR – Luxury Properties - ⭐
Location: North Goa
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Villa Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of luxury villas in North Goa. This role combines property operations, facilities coordination, and guest relations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversee the daily operations of assigned luxury villas.
Ensure villas are maintained to the highest presentation and operational standards.
Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with external vendors and service providers.
Supervise housekeeping and operational support teams.
Manage guest arrivals, departures, and in-house guest experiences.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and operational issues.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years' experience in villa management, hospitality operations, hotel operations, property operations, or a similar hospitality environment.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and external service providers.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Candidates with experience in luxury villas, boutique hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or premium holiday homes are strongly encouraged to apply.
