Job Description Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for multi-family projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and maintain daily field reports and other project documentation. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution. The Successful Applicant A successful Multi-Family Superintendent should have: Proven experience in multi-family construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in project scheduling and managing budgets. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to project management.
