Wazir Advisors is hiring for 4 profiles! 1. SENIOR CONSULTANT, STRATEGY Experience: 5 to 8 years in consulting, market research, or corporate strategy Education: MBA or PGDM mandatory. Graduation in textiles or a related branch is desirable. You will lead workstreams on market assessments, growth strategy, feasibility studies, commercial due diligence, and performance improvement for Indian and international clients in retail, fashion, textiles, and consumer products. You will own client-ready analysis and deliverables, manage project timelines, and guide junior team members. 2. CONSULTANT, STRATEGY Experience: 3 to 5 years Education: MBA or PGDM mandatory. Graduation in textiles or a related branch is desirable. You will run primary and secondary research, build and stress-test business models, analyse data, and develop reports and presentations. You will support execution of client initiatives, participate in client meetings, and contribute to internal knowledge building. 3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE, GOVERNMENT ADVISORY Experience: 1-2 years in business development, proposals, or tendering. Central or state government exposure preferred. Education: Graduate from a reputed institution. You will scope and track opportunities with central and state government agencies and industry bodies, and manage the pipeline end to end: identification, eligibility assessment, bid documentation, submission, and follow through to award. o Familiarity with GeM, and state e-procurement portals is an advantage. 4. CONSULTANT, TEXTILE OPERATIONS AND INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTING Experience: 3 to 6 years in textile manufacturing, project engineering, PPC or techno-commercial consulting Education: BTech in Textile Technology or a related branch. Management PG desirable. You will prepare detailed project reports and techno-commercial feasibility studies, plan capex and plant layouts, evaluate machinery and technology options, and support implementation for greenfield and brownfield projects across spinning, weaving, processing, garmenting, and technical textiles. o You will also work on textile park and cluster infrastructure assignments linked to central and state schemes with regular site travel. COMMON TO ALL ROLES Full time, on site, Gurugram. We look for structured thinking, clean written communication, and the ability to hold your own in a client room.
