Job Description Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project success. Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentation. Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and clients. Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and equipment needs. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Resolve field issues efficiently and effectively. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local building codes. The Successful Applicant A successful Building and Construction Superintendent should have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, institutional, or residential construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, procedures, and safety regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites. Experience interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Strong understanding of project scheduling and site coordination. OSHA certification preferred. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
