The company is experiencing significant growth, recently securing a major project in Miami and a $162M project in Palm Beach, while maintaining an active pipeline of 23 projects. Leadership is committed to controlled growth and will only take on additional work when they have the right people in place to support it. Job Description Assist Project Managers with all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders Support budgeting, change orders, procurement, scheduling, and project documentation Track project costs and assist with financial reporting Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and subcontractor scopes Help drive project schedules and maintain communication between field and office teams Participate in project meetings and maintain accurate project records Build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and consultants MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
