Top Plastic Surgery Turkey depends on researchers and writers who will not guess, and on consultants who will not oversell. The HR & Admin Officer finds those people: consultants, medical content writers, SEO and marketing staff with fluent English and research discipline.

Beyond hiring, you maintain attendance for the 1 PM to 10 PM shift and the records and onboarding for the E-11 team. Screening here involves practical tests, such as a short verification or writing task, so that the people who join already work the way the site's standards require.

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month. Negotiable according to experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit consultants, medical content writers, SEO and marketing staff
• Set up short practical screening tasks such as verification or editing exercises
• Arrange interviews and gather manager feedback
• Maintain attendance, records and onboarding for the E-11 team
• Keep personnel files confidential

Requirements

• Recruitment, HR administration or office coordination experience
• Good English and a professional manner
• Strong organisation
• Discretion with personal information
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Preferred

• Experience hiring content, research or consulting staff
• Russian language skills
• Experience designing practical screening tasks
