In this position, you will be responsible for completing all steps involved in the painting process at the resort. What will I be doing? </p><ul><li>Painting Wallpapering</li><li>Refinish doors, furniture, walls, ceiling, and external structures</li><li>Maintain inventory of paint and paint supplies.</li><li>Maintain accurate functioning of all equipment and tools.</li><li>Assist other maintenance staff on special projects as directed.</li><li>Other duties as required by your leader.</li></ul> What are we looking for? To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum <b>qualifications and experience:</b> <ul><li>Minimum of 1 years’ experience in facilities maintenance</li><li>Ability to follow basic written and verbal directions, climb stairs and work</li></ul> on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, grasp, stoop, reach overhead * High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
