Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

McManus Ateshoglou Aiello & Apostolakos PLLC is an expanding litigation firm with offices in the Manhattan Financial District and in Garden City, Long Island. We are seeking to hire motivated attorneys to join our Garden City office.

Qualifications:

Must be Admitted to NYS Bar
Litigation Experience
Strong Writing, Communication and Advocacy Skills

Responsibilities:

Manage Own Caseload and Work Collaboratively to Develop Litigation Strategy
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Draft Pleadings, Discovery, and Motions
Attend Depositions and Court Appearances
Perform Legal Research
Defined performance bonus structure
