Interior Designer

SevenX Studio is looking for a versatile, hands-on Interior Design professional who can work across both design development and project execution . Position Interior Designer Site / Project Manager Pune, Maharashtra Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year We’re looking for someone who can understand a project from concept to execution — developing residential interior designs, preparing drawings and 3D visualisations, while also coordinating with site teams, vendors and contractors to ensure the design is executed correctly. What'll you do • Design and Develop residential interior concepts and layouts • Prepare AutoCAD working drawings • Create SketchUp models and 3D visualisations • Prepare renders and presentations • Work on furniture layouts, elevations and ceiling plans • Assist with material selection and design development • Understand client requirements and translate them into practical solutions Site & Project Execution • Supervise day-to-day interior execution • Coordinate with contractors, carpenters and vendors • Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications • Monitor quality, progress and timelines • Coordinate material requirements and deliveries • Identify and resolve site-level issues • Coordinate design changes with the execution team • Prepare site updates and progress reports • Support snagging and project handover What we are looking for Creative Practical Responsible Organised Hands-on You should have: • Minimum 1 year of experience in interior design / execution • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD & SketchUp • Understanding of 3D rendering and visualisation • Strong understanding of residential interior design • Practical knowledge of materials and execution • Ability to read and coordinate working drawings • Good communication and client-handling skills • Ability to coordinate contractors and vendors • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Willingness to travel to project sites across Pune • Own two-wheeler valid driving licence mandatory • Willingness to learn new technology and AI-assisted design tools Experience in the Pune / Maharashtra interior design industry will be preferred.
