Salary: $98,000 - 108,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a current Security+ certification.
• We require a fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• We require at least 3 years of experience and a bachelors degree in software engineering, computer science, software, mathematics, or a related field.
• Alternatively, we accept at least 1 year of experience and a masters degree in software engineering, computer science, software, mathematics, or a related field.
• We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and able to establish and maintain strong data and contract data management practices.
• We need experience drafting, routing, and interpreting Contracting Authority correspondence.
• Familiarity with requirements management, or a willingness to learn DOORS, is expected.
• Familiarity with systems modeling, or a willingness to learn Cameo/MagicDraw, is expected.
• Experience working across changing technical, operational, and programmatic network classifications and environments is required.
• Familiarity with SysML and UPDM, or a willingness to learn them, is expected.
• You should demonstrate self-discipline in planning and prioritizing your own work.
• Preferred qualifications include DoW-related Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and cognitive skills are desired.
• Managerial experience in a high-tempo environment is preferred.
• Experience with DoW acquisition programs is preferred.
• Digital ecosystem or digital engineering knowledge and practical application are desired.
• Experience or familiarity implementing architectural frameworks using SysML is preferred.

• We model ICBM system requirements, functions, components, interfaces, and test cases.
• We participate in systems engineering working groups.
• We support programmatic and technical briefings, reports, and related documentation.
• We regularly collaborate with Government and Digital Engineering teammates.
• We integrate and execute the ICBM digital strategy baseline and offer digital ecosystem recommendations and solutions to a broad customer base.
