You'll work alongside our Business Development team, focusing on delivering exceptional recruitment across perm and contract mandates in the life sciences sector (pharma, biotech, MedTech, CRO) while playing an active support role in growing and retaining the accounts you work on.
What the role looks like in practice:
Activating and managing your candidate network, contacting passive candidates and building pipelines through direct sourcing and referral networksMaking smart use of sourcing tools, AI tools and staying disciplined on our ATS/CRMDelivering perm and contract roles across life sciences clientsSupporting account growth identifying new opportunities within existing clients and partnering with BD to convert themBuilding relationships deep enough to spot what a client needs before they ask
What we're looking for:
2+ years of agency recruitment experienceExposure to life sciences recruitment or a closely adjacent sectorConfident working both perm and contract rolesSomeone who takes ownership of candidate experience and client satisfaction equallyCommercially aware, understanding that strong delivery is the foundation of account growthSelf-motivated xzbcwsv and Self-managed
