At 2care.ai, we've built a fully conversational AI voice agent — not a clunky IVR — that acts as an always-on receptionist for hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics. It answers every call within 2 rings, 24/7, in Hindi, English, and Kannada, handles booking to discharge follow-ups, and plugs in alongside existing hospital systems in as little as 4–6 weeks.
We're live with real hospital clients and expanding across India, the US, and the UK/EU — and we're looking for someone hungry to join our BD team.
What you'll do:
Cold call hospital & clinic decision-makers — across India, and directly in US/UK business hours (real global sales exposure)
✉️ Run email & Linked In outreach across all three markets
Occasionally join in-person client meetings
Qualify leads and manage pipeline in our CRM
What we're looking for:
✅ Fluent, confident English (Hindi a plus)
✅ Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
✅ Excited about working global hours — not a typical 9-to-5
✅ Curious about healthcare, AI, or B2 B Saa S
₹15,000–20,000/month stipend + commission , with a path to a full-time BD role for top performers.
This is a chance to work directly with the founding team of a fast-moving healthcare AI startup, right as we scale internationally.
