Technical Architect/Architectural Technologist

9B Careers is working with an established Cambridge architectural practice looking for a qualified Architect or Architectural Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for someone with broad experience across the RIBA stages, with strong technical skills being particularly important. The Role Work on projects from planning through to technical delivery Produce detailed drawing and construction packages Take projects through the technical stages and ideally Stage 5 Coordinate with consultants and other members of the project team Contribute across multiple project stages depending on experience Working on housing, healthcare, education and commercial About You Qualified Architect or Architectural Technician Good experience across the RIBA work stages Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge Stage 4 and ideally Stage 5 experience AutoCAD is essential Revit experience would be advantageous but is not required Good communication and organisational skills The practice may consider candidates who have less experience in certain areas where they can demonstrate particularly strong technical capabilities. This is a 100% office-based position, so candidates will need to be based within a reasonable commute of Cambridge or happy to relocate. £38,000-£45,000 depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
