Role Summary
The HR Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle from requisition through offboarding partnering closely with HR, Payroll, hiring managers, and new hires to keep people operations accurate, timely, and running smoothly. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities and confidential information in a fast-paced environment.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support
Open requisitions and post to external job sites.
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
Send offer letters to selected candidates.
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
Send onboarding emails and manage the onboarding process in Paylocity.
Meet and greet new hires on Day 1.
Create ID cards for new hires.
Maintain the seating chart and assign new hires their seats.
HRIS & Employee Records
Enter and maintain contractor records in Paylocity.
Process employee updates, including terminations, in Paylocity.
Maintain the company-wide org chart.
Payroll & Timekeeping Support
Review timecard approval status for hourly employees.
Follow up with employees and managers on unsubmitted or unapproved timecards.
Send all deductions (HSA, FSA, commuter, etc.) to payroll on the established cadence.
Compensation & Offboarding
Send compensation memos to internal employees.
Prepare severance agreements.
Enter COBRA subsidies for severance-eligible former employees.
General Administrative Support
Process invoices.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
12 years of HR, recruiting coordination, or office administration experience.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience a plus.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with a strong sense of urgency.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Ability to learn new software applications and systems quickly.
