Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Shift Engineer
Salary: £55,500 per annum
Location: Kings Cross, London
Job Type: Technical / Engineering
Working Hours: Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights
Job Summary
If you have a strong background in Mechanical Building Services and are looking to work within a high-end commercial office building, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client, a leading FM provider, is looking for a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Shift Engineer to join their team, maintaining a prestigious commercial site.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
Respond to breakdowns, fault find and complete repairs.
Maintain HVAC systems, pumps, boilers and pipework.
Monitor plant performance and identify faults.
Complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
Follow health and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Requirements
Level 2/3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or plumbing.
Experience working within facilities maintenance.
Experience maintaining mechanical building services.
Right to work in the UK.
What's on Offer
