Remote People & Culture Specialist Employee Relations

Modern Family Law seeks a compassionate People & Culture Specialist to lead day-to-day employee relations, manage leave and accommodations, and advise managers across multi-state operations. This remote role partners with MAs and HR to document decisions, track actions, and ensure consistent policy application.

You will coordinate interactive processes, protect confidential medical information, and support P&C leadership with education and process improvements across offices.
