Key Requirements
18+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Medical Coding operations. Proven leadership experience managing large-scale Medical Coding delivery operations 500+ FTE's. Strong understanding of US Healthcare / RCM and Medical Coding processes. Experience managing large teams, operational performance, productivity, quality and client SLAs. Strong exposure to P& L / financial management, operational metrics and continuous improvement. Proven experience in stakeholder and client management at senior levels. Strong people leadership, transformation and process excellence capabilities. Candidates currently working at Director / Senior Director / AVP / equivalent level would be preferred.Details
