Key Responsibilities Support the sales team in daily activities and coordination. Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary support. Prepare quotations, sales documents, and reports. Maintain customer records and update information in Excel/ERP systems. Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and requirements. Follow up on sales activities and ensure timely updates. Assist in preparing sales reports
