Design Architect

KP Ridge Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Design Architect to lead architectural design projects from conceptualization through execution. The candidate should possess strong design, planning, detailing, and coordination capabilities and be able to work closely with project execution teams to ensure design intent is successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site execution teams.
• Assist in material selection and specification development.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance during execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and approvals.
• Support project planning, budgeting, and execution processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methodologies.
• Knowledge of building codes and approval processes.
• Excellent design visualization and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required for the role.
