Join TMF Group and lead large-scale global data migration initiatives that impact thousands of clients worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data migration and enterprise transformation projects . In this role, you will manage the migration of client data from legacy platforms to strategic future-state solutions, working closely with global stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Services.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end client data migration projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage multiple concurrent migration projects across countries, regions, and client portfolios.
• Coordinate migration planning, data validation, cutover activities, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive governance, project reporting, issue resolution, and executive-level updates.

What we're looking for

• 12+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Project or Program Management.
• Proven experience managing data migration, ERP migration, HCM migration, payroll migration, or platform transformation projects .
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience managing cross-functional and global stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Exposure to HR, Payroll, HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise platforms is beneficial.

Nice to Have

• Experience in payroll, HR technology, workforce management, or enterprise platform implementations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar tools.
• Experience working across global and multi-country environments.
