M&S Psychotherapy and Counseling is an established New Jersey behavioral health provider serving children, adults, and families since 2008. We are expanding our Intensive In-Community (IIC) team and are seeking compassionate, dependable clinicians who want meaningful clinical work with the support of an established organization.

Unlike many community-based opportunities that are primarily 1099 or per-diem, M&S offers full-time and hourly employment opportunities with benefits for eligible employees.

THE ROLE

As an Intensive In-Community Clinician with M&S, you will provide therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families in their homes and communities.

Your work may include:

· Individual and family therapy

· Clinical assessment and treatment planning

· Behavioral and therapeutic interventions

· Helping children and families develop practical coping and communication skills

· Collaborating with families, schools, care managers, and other treatment providers

· Completing required clinical documentation

· Participating in treatment-team coordination as appropriate

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are interested in clinicians who are:

· Licensed or credentialed in New Jersey as applicable to the position, including LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or other qualifying credentials

· Passionate about working with children and families

· Dependable and responsive

· Comfortable providing services in community-based settings

· Able to maintain timely, professional clinical documentation

· Interested in being part of an established behavioral health organization rather than simply picking up independent contract cases

Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
