A leading AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Junior Estate Planning Associate to join its growing Boca office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop a sophisticated trusts and estates practice, gain meaningful client exposure early in their career, and learn from experienced estate planning practitioners.

What You'll Be Doing
You will work on a broad range of private client matters, including:
Drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.Assisting with sophisticated estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.Supporting trust and estate administration, probate, and fiduciary matters.Researching federal and state tax issues and assisting with comprehensive wealth transfer strategies.Working directly with clients and their advisors on estate planning and succession matters.
Who We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in estate planning, trusts and estates, probate, tax, or related private client work.Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.Active Florida Bar membership or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar required.LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation strongly preferred.
