Responsibilities include: Evaluate and treat orthopedic patients Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based one-on-one care Utilize manual therapy techniques when appropriate Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs Document care using EMR Collaborate with an experienced rehabilitation team Participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives Required Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Maryland Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Preferred Outpatient orthopedic experience Manual therapy experience Dry Needling experience or willingness to obtain certification New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply Benefits We invest in our clinicians' success with benefits that support your career, health, and well-being.
