Job Description

Looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in the generic pharmaceutical industry to lead our sales operations, manage a talented team of representatives, and strengthen our market presence within the region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Revenue: Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for our generic portfolio.
  • Lead & Mentor: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of medical representatives and area managers.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, secure formulary inclusions, and expand distribution networks.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Stockists, distributors, pharmacies, hospital procurement teams.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Analyze regional market trends, track competitor activity, and execute targeted sales strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all regional sales activities strictly adhere to industry regulations and company policies.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a regional/team leadership role specifically within Generic Pharma .
  • Network: Strong established relationships with regional distributors, stockists, and retail pharmacy chains.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across the designated region.
