Offering a remote or onsite opportunity, the full-time Human Resources Senior Specialist will manage recruitment processes, provide advisory services on employee relations, and conduct organizational analysis to support workforce planning and development. Key responsibilities: Manage the full range of federal hiring processes and develop recruitment plans in collaboration with managers Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management systems, and classification of positions Conduct organizational assessments and analyze workforce characteristics to make strategic recommendations Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required, or a Master's Degree with 2 years of additional experience 14 years of human resources experience can be substituted for no degree Must possess a Secret clearance
