Due to continued growth and the increasing impact of AI on the music, recording, and publishing industries, our client is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its Washington, DC or New York-area office.
This highly respected firm handles sophisticated litigation matters involving copyright, trademark, brand protection, royalty disputes, and other cutting-edge issues affecting the entertainment and publishing industries. Associates work directly with partners and clients, gaining meaningful responsibility from day one.
What You'll DoRepresent major players in the music, recording, and publishing industries in complex litigation mattersHandle high-profile disputes involving copyrights, trademarks, royalties, and brand protectionGain hands-on experience at every stage of litigationCollaborate closely with accomplished lawyers in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications2–4 years of strong litigation experienceOutstanding academic credentialsExperience at a highly regarded law firmFederal clerkship strongly preferredExperience in, or a demonstrated interest in, copyright, trademark, and other soft IP litigation is highly desirable
