Role Name : Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Machine Learning and Statistical Models to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making.
• Analyze, clean, and transform large datasets using Python/R to build scalable data-driven solutions.
• Design, train, validate, and deploy ML models using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools .
• Create impactful dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports to communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable data science solutions.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Predictive Analytics, Classification, Regression, and Clustering .
• Proficiency in Python and/or R with hands-on experience in data manipulation, feature engineering, and model development .
• Experience with ML frameworks and tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras , and MLOps practices.
• Strong skills in data visualization and storytelling using Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, or Seaborn .
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
