Sales & Marketing Manager – Job Description Company: Osai Events
Location: Coimbatore (Travel Required)
Industry: Wedding Decoration & Event Management Position Overview Osai Events is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and expand our presence across Coimbatore, Tiruppur, Erode, Karur, Namakkal, Salem, and surrounding regions. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate new leads through direct marketing, referrals, social media, and networking. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Meet monthly sales and revenue targets. Conduct client meetings and present event concepts and proposals. Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Marketing & Brand Promotion Plan and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. Coordinate social media promotions and content strategies. Build partnerships with marriage halls, photographers, caterers, resorts, and wedding vendors. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Client Relationship Management Understand client requirements and provide suitable event solutions. Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to event completion. Collect testimonials, Google reviews, and client feedback. Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Reporting & Performance Track lead sources, conversions, and campaign performance. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports. Analyze competitor activities and market opportunities. Requirements ✅ Minimum 2–5 years experience in Sales, Marketing, Event Management, Wedding Industry, or Hospitality
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✅ Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
✅ Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation
✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated
