Accounting Associate

What You Will Own• Manage the shared accounting inbox and daily payment flow• Process checks, ACHs, and wires• Handle payment splits and allocations across locations and departments• Reconcile and remit to partners accurately and on time• Resolve billing discrepancies with client facing teams• Analyze system reports in Excel
What You Need• 2+ years in accounting operations, payments, or AP beyond basic invoice entry• Experience with payment splits, allocations, or multi party reconciliations• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables• Looking for a long term home and career path
Good to Know• Fully in office for the first 3 months, then hybrid with 3 days in office
