FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Geriatric Home Health Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based care to older adults in their homes and senior living communities. In this full-time, field-based role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help them improve safety, independence, and participation in daily activities. Work autonomously while collaborating with patients, families, caregivers, and a supportive clinical team.
