Behavior Support Teacher: PBIS & FBA Specialist

Dutchess County BOCES is seeking a Behavior Support Teacher (2) with BCBA preferred to develop and monitor functional behavioral interventions for students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges in MTSS/PBIS settings.

The role includes conducting FBAs, writing BIPs, providing crisis de-escalation and skills instruction, and coordinating with school staff and families to improve academic progress and behavior.
