We're Hiring PMO - Personal Assistant (PA)

GyanSys is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO - Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Project Management Office and leadership team. If you have excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for PMO leadership

Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MoM), reports, and presentations

Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track action items and project updates

Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business meetings.

Maintain project documentation, records, and confidential files.

Support PMO activities, reporting, and administrative operations.

Handle communication, email correspondence, and follow-up on key deliverables.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO) or senior leadership

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar platforms is an advantage.
