Pulmonary - Critical Care Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 12 Pay Rate: $266.75 - $288.75
This facility is seeking a Pulmonary - Critical Care Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing; weekend coverage from Friday 7:00 a.m. through Monday 7:00 a.m.; availability required October 23-25 and December 28-January 1, plus 1 weekend every other month.
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Types of Cases: Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine; approximately 18 combined pulmonary and critical care consultations per day; open intensive care unit with 30 intensive care beds and 24 step-down beds; high-acuity patients; central line and Trialysis line placement; intubations. Pulmonary and critical care is preferred first call for lines and intubations during daytime hours. No Advanced Practice Providers.
Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
Electronic Medical Record: Epic
Certifications Required: Board Certified in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support; Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine fellowship required
Licensure Required: Louisiana medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact eligibility
