If you're serious about heavy haul, we want to talk.What You'll DoSafely transport oversized/overweight loads including heavy construction equipment, machinery, and industrial cargoOperate lowboy, RGN, step-deck, and flatbed trailersPerform pre-trip, enroute, and post-trip vehicle inspectionsSecure loads using chains, binders, and strapsObtain and follow all state oversize/overweight permits and routingMaintain accurate logbooks (ELD) and delivery documentationCoordinate with dispatch, customers, and pilot car escortsKeep truck clean and report mechanical issues promptlyPerform basic roadside repairs as neededWhat You NeedValid Class A CDL — REQUIREDClean MVR and current DOT Medical Card — REQUIREDMinimum 5 years Class A driving experienceMinimum 2 years heavy haul / oversized load experienceExperience with lowboy, RGN, step-deck, and/or flatbed equipmentStrong knowledge of load securement regulationsAbility to read and follow permit routesMust pass DOT drug & alcohol screeningPreferred QualificationsExperience hauling construction, oilfield, or industrial equipmentFamiliarity with oversize/overweight permit requirementsExperience operating multi-axle configurationsDoubles/Triples endorsement is preferredTWIC card a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay — based on experienceMedical, Dental & Vision insurancePaid time offNewer, well-maintained equipmentConsistent freight — year-round workSupportive dispatch teamPhysical RequirementsAbility to climb on/off equipment and trailersAble to lift up to 50 lbs. for load securementMust be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsWillingness to work evenings, weekends, and extended trips as neededBoss Heavy Haul is an equal opportunity employer.
