Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Sales Specialist – Luxury Pens to join our enthusiastic team. You will play a key role in converting online leads into happy customers, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with online clients who visit
• Follow up with abandoned carts and convert interest into successful purchases
• Provide expert guidance on product features, comparisons, and recommendations
• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase basket value
• Act as a single point of contact for clients—before, during, and after purchase
• Share shipment tracking information promptly and accurately
• Send Google review links post-delivery and collect customer feedback
• Update clients on new product launches and special offers
• Maintain client records and call status using CRM tools
• Coordinate with the packing and logistics team to ensure timely dispatches
• Contribute ideas to improve the overall online sales experience
• Be an energetic, committed member of India’s largest online pen store

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Confident in client interaction and persuasive selling
• Knowledge of luxury pens or eagerness to learn about them
• Prior experience in telesales, e-commerce, or customer support is a plus
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools
• Passionate, proactive, and willing to grow with the brand
