What You'll Do:

Architect, design, and implement enterprise integration solutions using the Dell Boomi Atom Sphere platform. Lead integration initiatives across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems. Define enterprise integration strategies, API frameworks, and reusable integration patterns. Design and implement scalable integrations between business applications, databases, Saa S platforms, and external systems. Lead API Management initiatives including API design, security, governance, lifecycle management, and monitoring. Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to integration development teams. Design secure integration frameworks using encryption, authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms. Monitor, troubleshoot, optimize, and support enterprise integration environments. Establish integration standards, coding guidelines, and governance processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, application owners, and project teams to define integration requirements. Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and technical assessments. Ensure compliance with audit, security, regulatory, and governance requirements. Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and operational excellence initiatives. Support full project lifecycle activities including estimation, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Create and maintain integration architecture documents, technical specifications, and operational runbooks. Mentor integration developers and support capability building within the integration practice.

Expertise You'll Bring:

12 to 15 years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in Enterprise Application Integration and Middleware technologies. Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dell Boomi Atom Sphere Platform. Proven experience leading multiple enterprise-scale Dell Boomi implementation and modernization programs. Strong expertise in Cloud Integration Application Integration API Management Enterprise Service Integration B2 B Integrations Extensive experience designing and implementing REST APIs SOAP Web Services Enterprise Service APIs Event-Driven Integrations Hybrid Integration Architectures Strong knowledge of communication protocols and technologies including XML XML Schema (XSD) WSDL SOAP REST JSON FTP / SFTP HTTP / HTTPS PGP Encryption JDBC SQL / RDBMS JMS Queues Email Integrations Experience with Groovy scripting and custom integration development. Strong understanding of JMS messaging patterns and enterprise messaging architectures. Hands-on experience integrating enterprise Saa S applications such as Salesforce Net Suite Workday Concur ERP and CRM platforms Expertise in API security, encryption standards, authentication mechanisms, and integration governance. Strong understanding of integration monitoring, operational support, and performance tuning. Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment frameworks. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP is highly desirable. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to lead distributed delivery teams and collaborate with global stakeholders.
