Through our science-backed products and purpose-driven storytelling, we aim to bridge the nutrition gap in daily diets—without changing taste, smell, or food habits. </p> <p> Website: </p> <p> Candidate role Lead product science across the innovation pipeline. Build product formulations that are unique, &amp; differentiated vs category. Clinical efficacy is a key deliverable for all projects. Be the regulatory expert in the team. Needs to mentor, train, guide &amp; hold accountability on all matters related to regulatory Product science communication – Work with marketing across core products to test &amp; scale communication ideas which make nutrition easy. Represent the company across external forums to talk about Good Monk &amp; related science. Also work collaboratively with external forums like IDA/PFNDAI/ ILSI etc. Help cx engagement team clarify on customer queries related to product Guide other nutrition team members in building affiliate channel with health experts &amp; nutritionist </p><p> Candidate Qualification &amp; Experience Proven experience as practising nutritionist &amp; dietician with a min 5-6 year’s experience MSC/ Phd in Nutrition Excellent presentation &amp; communication skills Experience in a start-up will be a plus Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving Capable of working with senior leaders directly </p><p> Attributes we are looking for Candidate should be a go-getter, self-starter, have an agile &amp; solution mindset.
