Nokhba.AI is an HR technology and SaaS company developing AI-powered solutions for smarter hiring.

We are seeking a motivated Partnerships Executive to expand our business ecosystem through relationships with recruitment agencies, companies, HR professionals, technology providers, and other industry stakeholders.

The role focuses on identifying partnership opportunities, building trusted relationships, and developing collaborations that create mutual business value. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams while contributing to the growth of referral, reseller, channel, and strategic partnership programs.

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with recruitment agencies, companies, HR consultancies, and technology providers.
• Research organizations aligned with HR technology and SaaS solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners.
• Conduct partnership meetings, presentations, proposals, and collaboration discussions.
• Coordinate partnership initiatives with internal teams and support their execution.
• Track partnership pipelines, activities, and outcomes using CRM tools.
• Attend relevant industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings.
• Monitor market trends and maintain regular communication with partners.
