Salary: $82,530 - 99,391 per year Requirements:

• We need substantial senior-level enterprise infrastructure experience supporting business-critical environments.
• We require recent, hands-on production experience implementing and operating infrastructure in both AWS and Azure.
• We need strong practical experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools, including reusable modules, state handling, and configuration drift control.
• We require experience with Git, peer review, automated validation or testing, and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.
• We need direct experience with enterprise security controls, including identity and access management, secure networking, encryption, secrets handling, logging, and vulnerability remediation.
• We require a solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing, VPNs, and private connectivity.
• We need strong systems administration and troubleshooting capability in Linux and/or Windows Server environments.
• We require proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or a comparable scripting language.
• We need experience with observability, incident response, root-cause analysis, backup restoration, and disaster recovery testing.
• We require demonstrated people management experience, including coaching engineers, giving performance feedback, and leading delivery through a team.
• We need the ability to explain tradeoffs, prioritize risk, and translate business needs into practical infrastructure solutions.
• Preferred: experience with hybrid infrastructure and enterprise cloud migrations.
• Preferred: experience building cloud governance, landing zones, and multi-account or multi-subscription environments.
• Preferred: experience with policy as code and automated security or compliance checks.
• Preferred: experience supporting regulated or audit-intensive organizations.
• Preferred: experience with cloud cost allocation, budgeting, and optimization.
• Preferred: relevant AWS, Azure, infrastructure automation, or security certifications, which complement but do not replace hands-on experience.
• Candidates should be prepared to discuss infrastructure they personally built, code they authored, security controls they implemented, and production incidents they directly resolved.

• We design, implement, and operate secure, resilient infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• We personally develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent tools.
• We build reusable infrastructure modules, version-controlled configurations, automated validation, and controlled deployment pipelines.
• We automate provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and operational tasks.
• We review infrastructure code and technical designs for security, reliability, maintainability, and cost.
• We lead day-to-day infrastructure operations, including monitoring, alerting, patching, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
• We troubleshoot complex issues across cloud services, networking, identity, operating systems, compute, and storage.
• We participate directly in major incident response and drive root-cause analysis and preventive improvements.
• We establish and test backup, restoration, and disaster recovery procedures.
• We maintain practical runbooks, architecture documentation, and operational standards.
• We identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce unnecessary cloud spending.
• We embed security controls into infrastructure design, code, deployment, and operations.
• We implement least-privilege access, privileged access controls, network segmentation, encryption, secrets management, and centralized logging.
• We partner with security teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities and configuration risks.
• We support audit and compliance requirements through documented controls and verifiable evidence.
• We establish secure configuration baselines and controlled, traceable infrastructure changes.
• We manage, coach, and develop infrastructure and cloud engineers while staying actively involved technically.
• We set priorities, delegate effectively, and maintain clear ownership of services and deliverables.
• We provide practical guidance through code reviews, design reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring.
• We balance planned engineering work with operational demands and team capacity.
• We communicate technical risks, priorities, and improvement plans to technical and business stakeholders.
• We coordinate with application, security, and business teams and external service providers.

We are a hands-on infrastructure and cloud operations team working across AWS and Azure, and this role combines technical leadership with active engineering delivery. The position is based in Doral, FL, with in-person work required.
