Analyze business processes for service management, service orders, warranties, and complaints, and map them to SAP CRM. Configure and customize SAP CRM Service processes, including transactions, actions, and workflow. Integrate SAP CRM Services with ECC/S4, Middleware (PI/PO/CPI), and third-party systems.
