Remote Implementation Analyst II – Safety SaaS

Axon is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge customer vision with our public safety SaaS platform. You will work remotely from Dallas–Fort Worth and across multiple US locations, partnering with agencies to design configurations, document workflows, and ensure successful deployments.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, capture requirements, and translate them into effective systems designs, while adhering to CJIS security standards and Axon best practices.
