Position: Executive / Senior Executive/Deputy Manager - CRM Technical / CRM Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 - 10 years Qualification: Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate with real estate CRM experience. Key Responsibilities: CRM Technical Coordinate with project and engineering teams for handover readiness, snag management, and technical clarifications. Support customers during handover and rectification processes. Coordinate across departments for timely updates and responses. Drive customer satisfaction and process improvement initiatives. Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills. CRM Oversee CRM operations, manage escalations, ensure timely possession and documentation.
