Join reputable general contractor with exciting high rise multifamily projects Excellent company culture, competitive salary, and strong benefits package About Our Client Seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the field operations of large-scale, high-rise multifamily developments throughout the Miami market. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Job Description Lead all field operations for high-rise multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through turnover. Develop and manage project schedules, short-interval plans, and site logistics strategies. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and on-site personnel. Drive a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies. Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve schedule, quality, and productivity challenges. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants. Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project milestones, risks, and progress updates. Ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards. Oversee inspections, testing, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years serving as a Lead or Senior Superintendent. Proven experience delivering ground-up high-rise multifamily projects exceeding 20 stories and $75M+ in value. Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction, building systems, structural sequencing, and high-rise logistics. Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractor trades and large field teams. Strong understanding of scheduling software and construction technology platforms. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
