Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist clients throughout their journey with My True Match. This is a full-time onsite role based in North Bengaluru, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat.
• Guide customers through onboarding and service processes.
• Explain platform services, assessments, and report timelines.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Collect customer feedback and help improve customer experience.
• Build positive relationships with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, telecalling, or client relations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Experience in matrimony, counseling, relationship services, or wellness industries is a plus.

Work Model

Full-time onsite role.
